Digital products
Digital software purchases are final once the applicable download, license, activation, serial, license file, or other digital access has been delivered.
No refunds
MixOnDaw does not provide refunds for change of mind; failure to review system requirements or product information; an unsupported host or system that was disclosed before purchase; an unused license; or ordinary dissatisfaction after digital delivery.
Consumer-law exception
This policy does not exclude a refund, cancellation, remedy, or other right required by applicable mandatory consumer law.
